Terms & Conditions

30% deposit to book the dates.
70% of the total amount, maximum 45 days prior the arrival.
Refundable Security Deposit: might be asked on arrival, in order to offset for the loss or damage of keys, contents, phone use, etc. The deposit is returned by the owner or his/her representative on departure, if no damage or extra cost occurred.
Rates are all services and taxes included and are subject to change without warning.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation request or any changes to your reservation must be submitted in writing.

For low season:

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a 15% service fee ($150 minimum) assessed against the refund value.
If cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date or less, 100% of the rental prices will be forfeited. When a reservation is canceled 90 days prior to arrival or less, refunds for properties will only be made if the property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked, then a pro-rated refund will be made.

For high season:

If cancellation is received 90 - 61 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the rental prices will be forfeited. When a reservation is canceled 90 days prior to arrival or less, refunds for properties will only be made if the property is rebooked for the period of the booking. If a portion of the rental time is rebooked, then a pro-rated refund will be made.

If cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date or less, 100% of the rental prices will be forfeited. When a reservation is canceled 90 days prior to arrival or less, refunds for properties will only be made if the property is rebooked for the period of the booking.
