Terms & Conditions

30% deposit at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
Remaining balance payable no later than 61 days prior to arrival.
No security deposit is required. However, the Tenant agrees to fully reimburse the Owner for any damage, breakage, loss, stains, or deterioration occurring during the rental period.
Rates are subject to change without warning.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (adults and/or children). This number may not be exceeded without prior written approval from the Owner.
Subletting or transferring the rental to a third party is strictly prohibited.
Domestic animals are allowed only after prior written approval from the Owner. An additional fee of €50 per night per animal applies.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:30 PM (local time).
Check-out: by 11:00 AM (local time).
Early check-in or late check-out without prior written agreement from the Owner is strictly forbidden and may result in additional charges.

What's included

Electricity and water.
Pool maintenance.
Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
One complimentary laundry service per 7-night stay. Additional washing machine or tumble dryer use: €30 per use.

Visitor Tax

A visitor tax of 5% applies and is collected by the Owner on behalf of the Collectivity of Saint Barthélemy.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation request or any changes to your reservation must be submitted in writing.

More than 90 days before arrival: deposit refunded minus a 15% service fee (minimum €150).
60 to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the total rental amount is retained by the Owner.
Less than 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount is due. The remaining 50% may be refunded only if the property is re-booked for the same period. If partially re-booked, a pro-rated refund will apply.
Partial cancellation (late arrival or early departure): no refund will be granted.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978, you are informed of the following:

Data collected

Identity: first name, last name, date of birth, passport or ID number.
Contact details: email address, phone number, postal address.
Stay details: arrival/departure dates, number of guests.
Technical data: browsing data and cookies for website analytics.

Purpose of processing

Managing rental reservations and inquiries.
Fulfilling legal obligations (visitor tax, identity records).
Improving the website (analytics).

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of a contract (rental agreement), compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest (website improvement).

Data retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a maximum of 5 years thereafter, in accordance with applicable French law.

Data sharing

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the rental and to public authorities when required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please use the contact form on this website.
